However I will... read more say that Holly is one of the finest instructors I have ever had in any field (university, hospitals, dance, anything). She takes an uncommon amount of time and care to guide every student through the course, which leads to motivated learners who know they can finish what they started. She is also cool. This is important.

I completed my IDC in early 2019, I felt well prepared and like I wasn't lacking for anything during that experience. The facilities at Trawangan Dive Centre are also phenomenal, there is a classroom full of resources, excellent equipment and pools constantly at your disposal. So you can do as much extra homework as you need to get through.

Holly's approachable, strait to the point but relaxed style meant no question or lack of understanding was as issue. It had been a few years without using any knowledge id learnt in my dive master course but Holly made it all come back. Firman and other instructors were around too for help, feeling like you have joined a diving family.

I team taught for a while after completing my IDC and then went on to have my own students. I cannot wait to continue teaching this year and bring the ocean to more people.

The dive center has two pools dedicated to scuba diving practice, and the open water dives are breathtaking.
In addition to that, the course is held in a very popular dive centre, so the instructors in-training can develop quickly invaluable hands-on (or maybe fins-on) experience with real students
