I... read more did my IDC with Holly in April/May of 2019 and I was slightly nervous because it had been a long time since I studied in a classroom environment but she made me feel immediately at ease with the sometimes large but ultimately super fun work load.

She's kind, patient, incredibly energetic and definitely down for some inside jokes if you manage to find some!

At no point did I feel like "just a number" during the course which I know can be the case with some IDC'S in other places. My experience with Holly is something I will cherish for years to come, ultimately is was just so much fun. We became a big family that learnt and grew together.

If you're thinking about making the trip to Gili Trawangan to do your IDC with Holly, my advice would be to do it!

  I was looking to do my IDC in Indonesia and was recommended by multiple people to do it with Holly. I emailed her and she took the time to answer... read more quick and personally and not just use copy paste, what a lot of other places did. I was impressed right away of her professionalism and love for the industry. I met her few months before the IDC and decided right away to do it with her. Best decision of my life.

During the IDC Holly explains everything really clear and takes the extra time to help anyone who struggles with anything. I personally was bit worried about the theory part of the course. But after her classroom sessions, realized that there is nothing to worry about, because she makes everything sound super simple.

The in water session with Holly and the staff instuctors were challenging but a lot of fun. They push you to be better, but that's how you know they really want you to succeed and be the best instructor you can be. I can't thank you guys enough to help me through it. After the IDC, the instructor exam felt like a piece of cake.

Holly makes the whole experience so fun and interesting and when she teaches, you will see how much love and respect she has for diving and teaching especially.
